In 1995, Jack was introduced to glass while attending Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington where he earned a Bachelor of Science. In 2000, he introduced his wife Stella to the art of glass and they have been creating glass together ever since.
Their work is displayed across the world from the US to Hong Kong. They have studied at schools such as Pratt Fine Arts Center in Seattle, The Penland School of Art located in the mountains of North Carolina with Emilio Santini and Cesare Toffolo, and The Eugene Glass School, Oregon with Shane Fero. Jack spent 2 months in 2004 studying in Murano, Italy with glass maestro Cesare Toffolo.
